VOLCANO MEDITATION:

Sit in a comfortable and firm position, with the back straight, the eyes closed and a light smile in the expression. Quieten the body, mind and emotions. Remember, where the thoughts converge more blood will flow. Bring your attention to the base of your spine and feel warmth in this region.

Begin to imagine volcanic activity at the base of your spine. Now lift the hot lava upwards through the spine. Feel the sensation of the lava’s heat reaching thousands of degrees and envision intense brightness in the perineum.

Follow the sensations of the molten rock flowing up from the base of the spine to the head. Focus and meditate…
